Disruption48 Boot Camp calls for bright minds

Disruption48 is is a two-day entrepreneurial bootcamp that is aimed at challenging the South African youth to come up with disruptive ideas that will stimulate significant social impact.

They aim to create a community of disruptive entrepreneurs across universities and at the end of the workshops students compete with other universities and stand a chance to go to the Startup Safari Global Entrepreneurial Revolution in India.

It’s a 10-day travel immersion programme that connects entrepreneurs and startups to the fastest growing start-up eco-systems.

Apoorv is the Founder & Curator of Startup Safari, He consults with South African Institute of Entrepreneurship around curriculum development, product innovation and Entrepreneurship program training. He likes to think of himself as a Global citizen having worked extensively with the Youth around leadership and entrepreneurial mindsets over the last five years across South Africa, Bhutan,
Taiwan, India and Portugal. He is determined to revolutionize the design of classroom education and influence the future of youth entrepreneurship and activation

The logistical arrangements for the workshop is as follows:

Dates: 20th and 21st September
Time: 4.30pm – 9.00pm
Venue: Centre for Entrepreneurship & Innovation, BIC Boardroom 1st floor
Meals: Tea/Coffee and Dinner

15 entrepreneurial minded candidates will be selected from various faculties to participate in Disruption 48, winners from each University will compete against each other.

The Western Cape Disruption 48 champion will be invited to attend the Startup Safari programme in India.
